ثلاثي يحوّل مخطط البيت إلى بيت ثلاثي الأبعاد، على الموقع thulathy.app وفي تطبيق الآيفون. المخطط شأن خاص، وهذه الصفحة تشرح ما نفعله به وبكل ما يخصك.

قراءة المخطط

• ملف PDF المرسوم ببرنامج رسم يُقرأ على جهازك نفسه.
• ملفات DWG و DXF والنسخ الممسوحة والصور تُرسل إلى خوادمنا لتُقرأ في الذاكرة فقط، وتُنسى حالما تعود قراءتها إليك.
• إن جاءت القراءة غير واضحة، تُرسل صورة للوحة إلى خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي نستعين بها لنظرة ثانية. لا تُستخدم لتدريب نماذجها، ولا يحتفظ ثلاثي بشيء منها.

حسابك

كل مخطط تفتحه في ثلاثي يُحفظ في حسابك، على الموقع وفي تطبيق الآيفون. النماذج وحدها تُفتح بلا حساب.

• تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple أو Google: نتلقى معرّفًا تعطيه الخدمة لنا، والبريد الذي تختار مشاركته (قد يكون عنوان Apple المخفي الذي يحوّل إلى بريدك)، والاسم إن أعطته. اسمك في ثلاثي لك أن تغيّره متى شئت. ونحفظ معه متى انضممت ومتى استخدمته آخر مرة، ومن أين جئت (الموقع أو التطبيق)، ودولة الاتصال، ولغتك.
• مخططاتك: يُحفظ ملف كل مخطط تفتحه في حسابك، مع ما يُعرض عنه (الطوابق والغرف وصورة للمخطط) وتأثيثه، لتجده على أي جهاز تسجّل الدخول منه. لا يراه غيرك من الناس. يستطيع فريق ثلاثي فتح مخططاتك لمراجعة قراءتها وتحسين القارئ، ولا يطّلع عليها أحد سواه.
• البلاغات: حين تخبرنا أن القراءة خاطئة أو أن المخطط لم يُقرأ، نحفظ كلامك والقراءة كما رأيتها مع المخطط في حسابك، ليعمل الفريق على إصلاحها، ونريك في قائمة مخططاتك متى أُصلحت.
• المشتريات: تتم عبر App Store. نحتفظ برقم العملية والمنتج وتاريخه لنعرف المخططات التي فتحتها، ولا نرى أي بيانات دفع.
• روابط المشاركة: إن شاركت بيتًا برابط، يستطيع كل من معه الرابط مشاهدة ذلك البيت ومخططه، حتى توقف المشاركة أو تحذف البيت أو الحساب.
• تسجيل الخروج: يُزيل مخططاتك من الجهاز، وتبقى في حسابك.

ما شاركته معنا قبل الحسابات

المخططات التي اخترت مشاركتها قبل 27 أكتوبر 2026 لتحسين القارئ محفوظة بلا اسم ولا حساب، ولا يطّلع عليها إلا فريق ثلاثي. لحذف أحدها راسلنا.

إحصاء الاستخدام

نحصي الزيارات والقراءات لنعرف أين تتعثر القراءة: الأنواع والأحجام والأوقات، لا الملف ولا اسمه ولا ما كُتب فيه. بلا ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتتبّع (ملف الارتباط الوحيد على الموقع يبقيك مسجّل الدخول)، ولا تتبّع عبر التطبيقات والمواقع، ولا إعلانات.

حذف حسابك

من شاشة الحساب في التطبيق أو على الموقع: «حذف الحساب». تُحذف مخططاتك وملفاتها وتأثيثها وبلاغاتك وروابط مشاركتها واسمك وبريدك وارتباط حسابك بـ Apple و Google. تبقى أرقام عمليات الشراء وحدها، بلا أي صلة بك، كي لا تُحتسب العملية مرتين.

Thulathy turns a house's floor plan into a 3D house, on thulathy.app and in the iPhone app. A plan is private, and this page says what we do with it and with everything else that is yours.

Reading a plan

• A PDF drawn in CAD is read on your own device.
• DWG and DXF files, scans and pictures are sent to our servers, read in memory and forgotten once their reading is sent back.
• When a reading comes out unsure, a picture of the sheet goes to an AI service we use for a second look. It is not used to train its models, and Thulathy keeps nothing of it.

Your account

Every plan you open in Thulathy is kept in your account, on the website and in the iPhone app. Only the samples open without an account.

• Sign in with Apple or Google: we receive an identifier the service gives us, the email you choose to share (it may be Apple's hidden address that forwards to yours), and your name if it gives one. Your name in Thulathy is yours to change any time. We also keep when you joined and last used it, where you came from (the website or the app), your connection's country and your language.
• Your plans: the file of each plan you open is kept in your account, with what is shown of it (its floors, rooms and a picture of the plan) and its decorating, so it is there on any device you sign in on. No other person sees it. The Thulathy team can open your plans to check how they read and improve the reader; no one else does.
• Reports: when you tell us a reading is wrong, or a plan could not be read, we keep your words and the reading as you saw it with the plan in your account, for the team to fix, and show you in your plans when it is fixed.
• Purchases: made through the App Store. We keep the transaction number, the product and its date to know which plans you unlocked. We never see any payment details.
• Share links: if you share a house by link, anyone with the link can see that house and its plan, until you stop sharing, or remove the house or the account.
• Signing out removes your plans from the device; they stay in your account.

What you shared with us before accounts

Plans you chose to share before 27 October 2026 to improve the reader are kept with no name and no account, and only the Thulathy team sees them. To have one deleted, write to us.

Counting use

We count visits and readings to see where the reader fails: kinds, sizes and timings, never the file, its name or what is written on it. No tracking cookies (the website's one cookie keeps you signed in), no tracking across apps or sites, no ads.

Deleting your account

In the Account screen, in the app or on the website: "Delete account". Your plans, their files, their decorating, your reports, their share links, your name and email, and your account's link to Apple and Google are deleted. Only the purchases' transaction numbers stay, with nothing linking them to you, so no purchase can be counted twice.
